Talent Recruitment Committee

Committee Purpose:
This committee will be assigned the tasks of recruitment and outreach to the public to promote our profession and attract the next wave of talent.
The committee would take over the liaison and internship program.
Assemble K-12 materials to provide WCMA members.
Assist with the development of educational programs and conference sessions at both conferences;
Partner with other public sector associations if it is beneficial to both associations.
Provide education, resources and/or volunteers to local schools, colleges, universities, and WCMA members to promote professional local government management as a career option.
