Student seeking real municipal project related to budgeting for capital
expenses for UW Milwaukee MPA course. The project is due in approximately 45
days. Student is hoping to assist the finance department in executing the
budgeting process and is available two afternoons a week. Student would like to
then use the experience as part of their class project.
