As much as 70 – 82% of individuals across the globe and in any sector or demographic experience Imposter Syndrome. With the isolation brought forth by the COVID-19 pandemic, and the growing advancements in Artificial Intelligence, developing and maintaining interpersonal relationships is critical for sustainable success. Emotional intelligence is a distinguishable advantage in the workplace, with relationship management being the biggest area where most of us still need some help. However, although Imposter Syndrome is felt at the individual level, it originates because of environmental factors. Those factors are competition, comparison, and unjust reward systems. Thus, because of the pressure of those environmental factors, sometimes fear of failure, insecurity, or even our egos may contribute to Imposter Syndrome and get in the way of us crafting collaborative relationships. That’s why I’m here to guide you not only in learning how to enhance your interpersonal skills in defiance of these structural factors, but also how to teach others to do the same. Together, we’ll make sustainable, positive impacts!
